Role: Associate – Business Psychology
My Career: After graduating from the London School of Economics with a degree in Social Psychology, I traveled and worked as a Market Researcher in Australia. On my return I took an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and this led me to join one of the leading Psychology and Psychometric Assessment consultancies in the UK. I became a Chartered Psychologist and have been running my own business offering Executive Coaching, bespoke Selection and People Development interventions as well as psychometric assessment. I am delighted to work alongside Strategic and Change consultants at Stirling Strategy.
About Me: As a busy mother of two children, I take any opportunity I can to steal their pencils, paints, pipe cleaners… and get drawing and painting. My interest in the arts spreads into my work and I am fascinated by the impact and use of images in the coaching process. I am also involved in my local area and have, at various times, worked as a committee member for the village nursery, organised the Dog Show, counted sheep for a Wildlife Charity, been ‘host’ at a homeless lunches scheme, weeded the local National Trust gardens, and run an art group for the Acquired Brain Injury charity Headway (NB not all at the same time- superhero outfit was not included).
